I believe that our bodies carry our physical, mental, and emotional scars within their structure. Sometimes we hold on to issues that eventually manifest as aches, pains, stress, anxiety and sleep issues, causing us to feel down.

I have come to realise that quite often people will dismiss their aches and pains as a sign of getting older and they just have to put up with it.
NOT TRUE.

Which is how Compassionate Touch came to be, so that I could debunk that myth and offer massage therapy for older adults.

I am trained to treat a range of pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, hip and knee pain, Fibromyalgia and many other ongoing injury or pain conditions.

I use a warm and heart centred approach that takes full account of all your physical and emotional needs when planning your bespoke treatment and am committed to working with you to get the results you need.

Accessibility is important, my domestic therapy room in the village of Bartley, in The New Forest is on the ground floor with plenty of off road parking.

Home visits may be possible with prior arrangement. Please give me a call if you or someone you care for are unable to come to me.

I offer appointments most days so that appointments fit round your busy schedule.
