For everyone in need of a some self care and wellness- whether you are  in the vulnerable category or may still not feel comfortable coming in for treatment. Anyone who has to self isolate. For those who find it difficult to get to appointments and prefer to go online. This, plus the fact that many people are feeling the effects of the current situation in terms of their mental and physical health, is why I am launching my new online self-care and wellness sessions.
